Our hotel is about 1.5km away (15 mins walk) from Ascoli Piceno’s historical centre. Despite being in a very quiet area, the hotel is very close to the
train station and is very well connected to the main roads.
Moreover, our structure has ample free parking which can cater for coaches and vans too.
Coming from Rome (via S.S. Salaria road or any other inner route):
About 5km before Ascoli, immediately after a junction, go past a “casa cantoniera” (a road worker’s house) on your right and then carry on straight following the directions to Ascoli Piceno
(avoid taking a right towards “Mozzano”).
Continue past the exit “Ascoli Piceno Ovest/Rosara” and keep driving straight all the way through a tunnel and over a bridge. At the end of the bridge, take a right following the directions to
“Ascoli Piceno Centro”.
At the roundabout, take the second exit to the right following the directions to “Centro/Torricella/Quartiere Luciani/Stazione” and drive for about 1.5km until you reach the traffic lights. Drive
straight past that junction, leaving a newsstand to your left and then take a right onto “Via Spalvieri”.
After a 500m drive, past the indoor swimming pool, you will find our hotel.
Coming from San Benedetto del Tronto (via A14 motorway):
After taking the “San Benedetto del Tronto/Ascoli Piceno” exit, you will be on the “Ascoli-Mare” highway towards Ascoli Piceno. After about 25km, drive past the “Ascoli Piceno Est/Folignano” exit
and through a short tunnel after which you will need to exit towards “Ascoli Piceno Centro”.
At the roundabout, take the second exit to the right following the directions to “Centro/Torricella/Quartiere Luciani/Stazione” and drive for about 1.5km until you reach the traffic lights. Drive
straight past that junction, leaving a newsstand to your left and then take a right onto “Via Spalvieri”.

If you are using a SatNav, we recommend that you use our
directions until the roundabout and only then you should set the final destination: usually digital maps suggest a different route that is needlessly more complex than ours.
Coming from Teramo (or from the Abruzzo region):
You will reach a town called “Villa Pigna”: keep driving towards Ascoli Piceno or the military barracks.
Drive past the barracks, which you will find near a small roundabout, and then at the following, larger roundabout take the second exit and drive along Via Napoli, which is a tree-lined street.
Go past the traffic lights and keep driving straight. At the second traffic light make a careful U-turn and go on the other side of the road. With a newsstand to your left, take a right onto “Via
Spalvieri”.
After a 500m drive, past the indoor swimming pool, you will find our hotel.
After exiting the train station in Ascoli, you will find a large roundabout in front of you followed by another one, with a fountain in the middle. Keep going straight along a tree-lined street
(Viale Marconi, which later becomes Via III Ottobre).
At the traffic lights, turn left onto Via Napoli. After the newsstand, take a right and walk uphill on Via Spalvieri for about 500 metres. Leave the indoor swimming pool on your left and you will
find our hotel.
